I want to be the leader of this organization because I see it as an opportunity to contribute not only to the growth of the faction but also to the overall roleplay quality of the server. Leadership, in my perspective, is more than just giving commands
it is about creating an active, realistic, and organized environment where every member feels included and motivated to roleplay at their best. As a leader, my main focus would be to establish a structured system that balances professionalism, discipline, and creativity. I believe that every player, regardless of their experience level, should have the chance to learn, improve, and enjoy their time within the organization. By providing clear guidance, fair decision-making, and consistent activity, I can ensure that the organization remains strong, respected, and enjoyable for both its members and the wider community. I am confident that my dedication, communication skills, and ability to handle challenges under pressure will allow me to maintain order, resolve conflicts fairly, and build a team that represents the organization in the best possible way. My advice for improving the RolePlay level is to focus on training, creativity, and teamwork. New members should be guided with clear standards, while experienced players can lead scenario-based RP such as operations, investigations, and events to keep things dynamic. By ensuring discipline, fair communication, and defined roles, we can create a realistic and professional environment where every member feels motivated and included.​

Human Resource - Taking Interview, Giving Training, Allotting Logs.
Military Police - Checking Log, Activity Checking, Body cam check, Background Check Every Week.
Special Task Force - Attending FZ Raid, Store Robbery, Black Market Raid, Doing ammo run All Other Events.
Airforce - Air support, Drop/Pick on Events, Checking gang activity near NG base, Give backup during ammo run by air.
