Admin Negi Ilya rejected my forum stating that Fear RP requires 3 units. As far i know 3 units are only required if the player has a personal biography. If this rule has been changed, it must be officially added to the server rules. If not, then it clearly shows the admin Negi Ilya does not know the rules.
Here is a link to one of my previous forums where I was the only officer pointing a weapon, the player failed to show Fear RP and the forum was approved. This proves the decision by Mr. Negi Ilya is inconsistent and incorrect. Either Mr. Negi Ilya is wrong now or the other admin who approved my previous forum was wrong both cannot be correct. Action should be taken agains one of them!
