Ans :-
A. To give purpose to the new comers. Alongside LSPD & SAHP, NG is very beginner friendly. NG can help a player understand the basics of the city, from city rules to how to immerse oneself in to rp.
B. To break the stereotype. In most peoples eye NG is just an org who supplies guns and ammunition to other state orgs. But I wish to break that illusion. I want NG to be known as a force to be reckoned with.
C. To encourage others. By becoming a leader myself I can encourage others to take the mantle of the General when im gone.
D. I have the capability to make Ng more active in my term with my fellow soldiers with lots of loyalty and trust.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans :-
It is easy to say but hard to accomplish, but i will try my best to improve overall roleplay within NG by making small adjustments. As we know NG is a beginner org for most people, I will make sure that they are receiving the best training. With the help of HR (Human Resources) and USMC (United States Marine Corps) I wish to utilize our big training facility by implementing military drill and shooting exercise to keep them invested.
I would also welcome other orgs to utilize our state of the art facility to host training season with our units so that they can also understand what they are working with on the field.
NG also holds jurisdiction around Fort Zancudo, with collaboration of SAHP we can host military checkpoints.
Also at the end, I cant leave a core part out of discussion. Ammo run is a crucial part of NG. We will make sure that every org is always ready to jump in action without any fear of not having any ammo in their warehouse.
