The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
there gonna be a prisoner and 10 crime side players trying to escape from 10 leo side players they will place prisoner inside the jugular and start running and after 10 second of their escape officers will start to chasing them but they have to use sea side for escape cause the land has a lot of felony stops so they will head to parking behind desert hospital and get on the boats (Dingy x3) with prisoners they must go from lago zancudo lake and arrive los santos airport by sea but officers trying will chase them by water also so they will get inside their own police boats and start chasing them on water and follow them untill airport and in airport they will make a gun fight and if officers win they will take the prisoners back to doc and if crime side wins the gun fight they will receive the prize pool
Why this event:
this event will improve riding skills of uncommon vehicles and help to improve team work
Role of Each Organization Involved:
leos: Help prisoner to escape from prison by using sea vehicles
gangs: chase the prisoner kill the gang members and arrest prisoner again
Other organizations involved:

Vehicles/weapons needed:
6 buzzard helicopter and 6 dingy (yacht) 6 jugular Bullpup assault rifle to everyone
Admin Requirements:
TP everyone to their relevant positions
Spawn all required vehicles
Make necessary announcements in the left eye
Ensure the event runs smoothly
Rules of the event:
No ramming
no blocking
not to leave behind team members
How is the event won?
having fast driving skills and doing teamwork
Prize for the winner:
300 k will be split
