The 180469 is the CHIEF of EMS in his supervision all this happened and he did nothing because he was in it
the 167561 is the division chief of EMS
they are playing like the EMS helicopter is family vehicle and EMS roof is a play ground

EMS Rule Violation (misuse of EMS helicopter & killing instead of reviving)
Description of Situation:
When I went to the roof, players with ID 167561 and 180469 tried to kill player ID 152205 using a helicopter while on duty. They then killed me as well. When ID 152205 tried to revive me, both players killed him also. After I respawned, they said “we are playing” which is clear FailRP. EMS are supposed to revive, not kill. when I asked they say like we are having fun.
