Hello Dear Higher Ups ,

I recently applied for the Families Leadership position and genuinely put a lot of effort into my application. I shared all of my experience and ideas to show how I can help improve the roleplay .

My application was rejected by Avanash Yadav with the reason “put more effort.” I respect the decision, but I noticed that some of the selected applications seem to have less detail and effort compared to mine.

I kindly request you to review my application once more. I just want a fair chance to prove my leadership skills.
