I was playing normally but because of my weak device I went underground with the car and I asked an admin to help me then toqa galaxy replied I am here but she did not help me until I died. and when I asked her why did not help me she replied strangely I helped get the car out but in the video you can see that she did not do anything to help As you can see im not sure why but for some reason i feel that there is somthing prisonal going on bec as u can see in my pov when i req for help the way toqa replied was unprofessional. also when i open the tecket toqa claimet that she has help me while she didnt helped me and the second pov u can sense on the tone that there is somthing wrong. I dont know why she is angry with me I did not do anything to her and this is not the first time this dialogue happens in the admin chat when I ask for help the admin's job in the game is to help and solve problems and she did not do that
