Respectful Higherups,

It’s clear from my pov that this person (170937) used a personal vehicle while on duty, which is a direct violation of State Rule 5.10. However, Mr. Biomask was not included in the list of those being punished. Additionally, many users in the forum insult each other off-topic, yet Mr. Biomask was also not mentioned in regard to any punishment for off-topic behavior. I would like to replace Please Reopen this forum and Give Them proper punishment according to the violation.
