2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
After playing for over 19 months in City 3, I finally understand that being a leader of a gang isn't easy. But there are a few qualities i have that can make me the best leader in families this turm. I wanna be the leader of the families I mentioned below -
a) Communication Skills - I have good communication skills that can easily handle any hard situation and also in hostage negotiations and also in store robberies.
b) Strategic Planning -Making a strategy for Fz raid, which side to enter, and get the highest loot and not lose gang members in the fight and robbery in a strategic location for easily handling LEOs or get an empty passage. Best side to enter in clands and also beat the other gang in clands.
c) Gang Member Management : giving the position to the best holder among them, the deputy and the under deputy under my turm.
d) Active Presence : Day or night, every time we dominate the ghetto and leos surely fear us.

1) No Toxicity and favoritism in my turm
2) Max Graffity bonus
3) Highest store robbery in my turm
