Dear Higher Ups

As LSPD got a forum on of SR 5.5 , But the person who open the forum He is using a illegal Redux and Doing Meta Gaming , SR 5.5 Which state that (LSPD/SAHP/FIB could patrol ghetto if there are more than two special officers.) , But they are not patrolling in Ghetto they were attending ATM robbery which is a emergency situation.
I am Requesting Higher Ups to Recheck it and Take right action
