1. Leader of... NATIONAL GUARD2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans :-
-- I want to become the National Guard Leader because I am deeply committed to the growth, discipline, and strength of our faction. I believe in leading by example through activity, teamwork, and fairness. My goal is to create an environment where every member feels valued, motivated, and part of something bigger. With strong leadership, consistent events, and clear communication, I am confident I can take the National Guard to the next level and represent it with proud.
-- As I was there in NG for more than a month, I know how to co-operate with NG officials and make some prevention measures for everyone from breaking any rule of the system and create new opportunities for RP. Having deep connection to it sometimes make me think that if I became a leader I will make NG a stronger org and a supportive community for all .
-- I also found that NG is underrated by other organisations and I want to change that. People should know what an important force this organisation is to this city
and that our soldiers should be proud men and women that put their life on the line on a daily base to protect and serve the uniforms NG holds for them.
I have been and always will be a person that shows respect towards anybody and i would like to make NG an respectfull place, non toxic but lethal when needed.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans :-
-- For gate keeping I would like to create an environment where people will not get bored while staying in gates as we know people hate gate keeping I would like to do a break system where some people (even hc) will be on standby and if someone wants to take a break from the gatekeeping he can switch with someone and also better bonus system so they can get what they really deserves
-- I will make PR to make event Daily to ensure the involvment the Citzen with the army to increase there trust with us, Whcih will hopefully end up with an increase with our numbers, I will also make HR make Daily at least 2 Open Recrutment to increas our numbers, and will make them to memorize the radio codes to increase the RP in the radio and in Departments
-- I will happy them by doing work with me regularly and I will pay from my pocket money but will happy them so they happy to work not they say tomorrow after being HC saying I need to leave or need transfer I will try to make sure that they are happy working with me not sad and working for only money.
