Event details:
The governor is having a relaxed vacation on a beach when a gang bursts in, throws him onto a yacht, and takes him several miles out into the ocean. There on the yacht, the governor is bound and surrounded by gang members, who mock him, argue with each other, and debate about what they want—it might be ransom, power, or just anarchy. The governor, scared but trying to remain tranquil, argues back, sometimes begging, sometimes defying them. Word of the kidnapping now reaches the governor's covert agency. As the rescue team quietly lays out their plan, one of their negotiators establishes contact with the gang by radio or phone. The dance of demands, stalling, and bluffing leads to a tense 4–5 minute period. The gang disputes whether to kill the governor or wait, the agency attempts to keep them occupied while creeping closer, and the governor acts out his terror and resolve. The very moment of highest stress, the rescue team is set to strike and the situation enters into the last action stage.

- Spawn vehicles
- Provide weapons and armor equally
- Oversee RP defusal sequence

Rules of the event:
- No personal weapons, armor, or gear
- No leaving the designated zone
- No drugs, juices, patching, or bug abuse
- One life only unless revived by EMS
- All RP interactions (especially defusal) must be detailed and valid
- Follow instructions from event heads and admins
