2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1 I would like to be a leader of The Families because, i have done a lot of things in my RP life and that is why it is time to become a leader of The Families to me. I have already been working as a deputy in a gang, and i would like to experience this special experience as a leader of The Families.

2.2 A lot of my friends are/ have been leaders or attempted to be and i can literally believe that i can become a leader like all them and i always desired to be on the top chain but never managed and when i become a leader, then it will be great to my goals and will make me happy too.

2.3 In the events like store robbery, FZ raid and cland, a good number of people were fighting over different issues, and it distorted communication and unity. Therefore, when I would be a leader I would have a chance to make them listen to me and enhance communication and togetherness thus I really want to be a leader of such organization.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 I will ensure that all members of this organization are above level 10 and ensure that people were passed through a long interview process. I earned all these ranks and the deputy position on my own and I am appalled by all this people who got their ranks without meriting it.

3.2 Ghetto clapping is the most significant issue of augmented activity of organization since individuals desire to participate in the term that claps them. We will transform ghetto into the most unsafe place of the city and people will know to make their paths to main ghetto and they will stretch their ways not to enter major ghetto due to us.
3.3 The third concept of mine is that of having a nice deputy team in various countries and different time zones so that all my deputies will be useful to players who play in other countries since, in case I get nice and fair deputies who are able to communicate and touch the hearts of people, people will stay loyal to us.
