2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-> I spent a lot of time learning the server and gang rules, not just for myself but so I can guide others in the right way. For me, leadership is not about holding power, its about keeping gang disciplined, active, and fun at same time. I built strong management and communication skills through my experience in different gangs, where I handled different situations and keep members motivated, and help new members to settle in the organization without breaking a single rule. I don't believe in just giving orders and just walk away, I believe in leading from the front and make sure whole gang grows together. I am also very consistent and active, which means Families won't go inactive under me. I understand that leadership takes patience too, because members make mistakes sometimes, and I am ready to face those situations.
-> I will always put the gang first, stand by my members. I will treat every member with respect, no matter their rank, and help build real unity among us. I will be active, available, and always working to push the gang forward. I will always defend my people, and make sure we stand strong together in any situation. I will run regular gang events (FZ raids, Hostage situations, store robberies, Clandestine e.t.c.) to keep the HC active. I don’t just want to lead I want to leave a mark in the city so that everyone can remember Families by my name.

3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
1: In order to enhance the Role-Play (RP) level in the organization, ensuring that the members are taught the rules of RP and how it works should be my number one priority.
2: A lot of the members may not understand fully how to participate in good RP which may cause them serious problems with the admins or destroy the reputation of the gang. 3: I will make sure that all members are conversant with RP, therefore, they will be well prepared to manage any situation that comes up.
4: I will also make an effort to get the gang more active and powerful, it will result in more RP opportunities, make sure we are good at such situations.
5: Moreover, I will concentrate on the development of a positive, friendly and intelligent organization in which all people can learn and get better.
6: I will also introduce additional RP activities including FZ raids and gun store takeovers but make sure that everyone is involved in the right way and does not engage in actions that will get them into trouble. 7: I would like to achieve a situation in which we feel comfortable and competent enough to reduce errors and increase our chances of being a successful collective.
