• I Want to be leader of Los Santos Vagos because when i came in city first time i dont know anything then i meet with a person he Was Deputy Of Bloods then he suggested me to join Bloods then he Invited me in bloods then I learned many rules they taught me what we should do and we should not do when we are in gang. After I Joined Bloods They Call Me When They go for robery and ghetto clap and FZ raids. Even I was Going With them because it was full of fun Do Anything Whatever you want but in the limit. I haven't breaked any rule. I have Seen there were too much toxicity even in city peoples dont wanna join any gang because of toxicity whenever i will become leader of gang i will make sure there is not toxicity and everyone knows Los Santos Vagos as Best And Dangerous Gang of all time.
• The Second Reason i want to be leader of Los Santos Vagos is Gain Experience As A leader and i want to make a best term of ballas not by words by my hardwork and consistency. I want to make my gang active And Regular Activites in ghetto and ghetto clap and regular Event Without any kind of Warn I can Say But As Some People Will jealous because i will be leader so i will try to complete my term with 0 warn.

As Per My Advice To Improve the RolePlay in org By these steps mentioned below -

• I Have Seen Many Term They Are Still Doing a mistake They Hire person Without asking any basic question related to Gangs They Hire the person who didn't know the rules so i will make sure to ask just a basic question So If They are in Situation and if they know the rules so they will not gonna break rules and then it will also not gonna impact on my term.
• Hiring Best Turfers And Giving Them Good Bonus So Turfers Will Help us In a Situation to escape like Hostage Situation, Store Robery And Also in Even gang raid So We Will Win Easily As per my opinion in gang We Need to give them good bonus so they will active more and our Los Santos Vagos Gang will On Top With High Level RP
• Like Everyone Say If They get term they will Complete 2 terms With 0 Warn and Verbal But No One Could Complete with 0 warn and verbal so in my term i will make sure this things so it Will have Lower chance to get any warn like i will do Hiring Turfer By Watching There gameplay, Asking Basic Question So Know there Knowledege, Giving Best Bonuses, Strictly need Give respect to everyone.
• I will Engage With Every Gang members so they will not get bored and i will create friendly enivornment.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1- Taking leadership will allow me to create an extremely large and active community within the Vagos. The first aim here is to have loyal members as well as to form a strong High Command which will be able to control the gang regardless of different time zones. This means that no matter what time it is, we will be seen everywhere with our yellow colors.

2.2 - In order to make the gang succeed, I am going to keep everyone actively involved in something all the time. Personally, I am going to take care of the organization and conduct of daily criminal operations such as the Fort Zancudo heists, store/gun store robbery missions, hostage missions, and server events such as Clandestine. This way, I am going to guarantee that the gang members remain a united team earning a lot of money.

2.3 - One of the biggest issues that most gangs have is that they either get warned or disbands due to the fact that its members do not understand the rules. It is my wish that I become the gang’s leader and put discipline into place such that everybody follows the rules of the server. I will make sure that our gang recruits learn the rules well before they are ranked up.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 - However, more often than not, gang members take robberies as nothing but counting down until it is time for a shootout. For better RP, I will ensure that our gangsters concentrate on negotiations when robbing stores, gun stores, and even hostage takers. We can make use of creative demands, communicate with the state departments such as LSPD, FIB, and SAHP, and create a suspenseful environment. This will make the experience enjoyable for both parties involved.

3.2 - Ensure that High Command performs mandatory quick tests for basics such as Meta Gaming (MG), Power Gaming (PG), and Fear RP before allowing new members into gang.
