2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
After playing for over 19 months in City 3, I finally understand that being a leader of a gang isn't easy. I have a lot of experience with illegal and legal organizations(LSPD/SAHP/LI/EMS/NG)(Bloods/Families/Ballas), but gangs have a special place for me and I want to lead a gang that will be the best of all time in this city. I learned a lot from their leaders, I think I know very well what they did wrong and what they did right, I will compile them and make a very good leadership. I am sure that I will be a leader who does not receive warnings, I will never allow people to be warned by the gang, I am experienced in these matters and I will have very good communication with the gang members about this issue.
2. I believe that I will successfully lead The Families I am quite sure that my experience in the city is sufficient for this, with these experiences. I will make the The Families the strongest gang in the city.
3.The Families is powerless in the inactive ghetto I've seen from their previous term. A gang that can't show up at events. Under my leadership, I will change that and make the The Families an active gang. We will show up at events and ghetto. I see that there is such a general problem of gangs that I will create gang HCs from active people with appropriate time frame, I will not allow this in The Families.
4.Communication Skills - I have good communication skills that can easily handle any hard situation and also in hostage negotiations and also in store robberies.
5) Strategic Planning -Making a strategy for Fz raid, which side to enter, and get the highest loot and not lose gang members in the fight and robbery in a strategic location for easily handling LEOs or get an empty passage. Best side to enter in clands and also beat the other gang in clands.
6) Gang Member Management : giving the position to the best holder among them, the deputy and the under deputy under my turm.
7) Active Presence : Day or night, every time we dominate the ghetto and leos surely fear us.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.I will do a lot of store robs and at least 2 Fz raids during the day. I will do more activities against legal organizations, this way I will ensure that every organization enjoys RP. I'll do highway robberies with gang members in my gang's spare time. I'll keep the gang active all the time
2.I will not include people who do not have 10 years in the city in the gang, the reason for this will be to prevent violation of the rules and I will make sure that people know the rules when joining the gang. I will tell to HCs and deputies be careful about this. I wont let get rule breaks in The Families.
3.During my term, I will not allow nepotism in The Families and I will not give unfair rank to anyone. People who participate in events, people who have good communication with other members will have a high rank.
My goals for The Families term.
1. Complete without any warning.
2. Above $10.000 graffiti profit every hour
3. be stronger than other gangs and dominate them
