as shown in the attached POV I showed up to post office and parked in a scripted GZ. in the beginning of POV you can see black BMW wagon cruising around. at this time, I did not know that they were trying to steal car. at this point I go inside and pick up my package (car is still clearly in Green Zone)
I then come outside, and they have clearly committed Mass Car Ramming while I was inside because my vehicle is very far away. When I run over, my gang member is trying to protect the car but player ID 288816 and ID 272071 pull up in that same car and CR us again.. then suddenly both of them begin shooting with zero demands (they did not tell me it was a car theft, nothing at all) directly breaking GR 6.15 and committing RDM.
ID 288816 then begins the car theft, which is a direct violation of GZ 1.2 as they abused an exploit to steal a car from GZ. also, player ID 272071 is not only guilty of GR 6.15 but he is guilty of FailRP as it is not allowed to assist in a car theft, as they are a solo job. These players committed mass rule break for their own personal gain. Thank you for assistance.
