Life Story
Retro Stark grew up in the peaceful countryside of Paleto Bay. His father was a retired soldier and his mother was a teacher. He had a simple life as a child. But the peace didn't last. When Retro was 14, his parents were killed in a hit and run that the police never solved. That moment made him lose faith in the system of justice. Retro grew up with both law and crime around him. His uncle, who was a well known car smuggler, taught him how to bend the law.
He kept going to school, got good grades, and eventually passed the SAHP entrance exams, all because he thought it was the right thing to do. He wanted to be in charge of things that other people couldn't, like the streets. He promised to keep people like his family safe. But the more he learned about the system, the more he saw how weak and easy it was to take advantage of.
Retro finally understood that no badge could guarantee justice; only power could. As time went on, the line between good and bad became less clear. He saw corruption as a way to balance power, make money, and still protect the people he wanted to protect.
Career Story
The background of Retro Stark started in the Sheriff department where he rose to the top to become the Assistant Sheriff three times. He appeared to be a disciplined and respected man but in the real sense, he was the dark side of the system. He turned a blind eye to cartels, cases that were being buried, and money and power being exchanged. Sinners referred to him as the man within the badge and feared him because he could either create or destroy people.
And in the case of Retro the badge of the Sheriff was not sufficient. The area was too small, the corruption too minor. He desired greater things--greater authority, greater influence, more intimidation. He thus quit the department and opted to join FIB. It was not to purge his past, to serve the law, but to increase his system of corruption.
Retro is now functioning on a new level now that he has the federal authority on his side. He abducts gang heads and crime family bosses and leads them to bow down under the umbrella of the Bureau. He does to cartels what he used to do on the highway, but this time it is nationwide- nobody risks questioning him. He is Agent Stark of the FIB to the outside world. He is the wolf in a suit to those who know him, having the Bureau as his weapon.
In the case of Retro, the goal of the law was not the law itself, but rather the mask. And in the FIB that masquerade makes him more powerful than at any previous time.
Outcomes:
1. Retro can take bribes and search using family function to see for money in there pockets and tell them and ask (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Retro can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy , sell guns at balck market, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included)
3. Retro can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
4. Retro will do anything possible to help his family and close friends. Release them if they are in cuffs, drop their charges and let them
escape.
5. Retro can refuse to give a 10 15 a lawyer/ lie about asking for one and still detain them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
