2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I have worked in all legal organizations and learned a lot I feel confident in my abilities I have been playing this game for quite a while and I believe it is time for me to take action and make a difference That is why I am applying for leadership

My goal is to help and guide people while improving roleplay I want to maintain a healthy and respectful environment for everyone As a leader my main focus would be to create a structured system that balances professionalism, discipline and creativity
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.

It is easy to say but hard to accomplish I will do my best to enhance overall roleplay within NG by making small adjustments Since NG is a beginner organization for most people I will ensure they receive the best training

High Command Task Assignments: To provide experienced leadership during critical situations I will create a formal task list for high command members This way there will always be someone with experience available to lead.

Shooting exercise: This will keep everyone engaged and prepared for any situation.

Human Resource - Conducting interviews, providing training, allotting logs.
Military Police - Checking logs, monitoring activity, conducting body cam checks, and performing background checks every week
Special Task Force - Attending FZ raids, store robberies black, market raids, and performing ammo runs along with other events
Airforce - Providing air support, drop/pickup on events checking gang activity near the NG base, and giving backup during ammo runs by air
