Hello Lebron,
I just got a permanent ban for “1.1 The created account is property of the creator. The account may not be shared or sold.”
But I really don’t understand when I gave someone my account. Many times people told me “you were online” even when I was not online. That’s when I started to think maybe someone had my account.
I reported this to the admins right away and I told them I had nothing to do with it. I was told I will not get punished and that I should only change my login data. I did that immediately, and since then nobody entered my account anymore.
I really have nothing to do with this and I am innocent. It is not fair to get a permanent ban for this. This is my main account, my most important account, and I invested so much time in it. It should not just disappear like that.
I kindly ask for your understanding and for a second chance. Please, I hope you can give me Kulanz in this case.
