Haydar Ghafoor grew up in a wealthy home with a loving father and a caring mother. He grew up with a younger brother and was his brother's protector. His parents were doing shady business that Haydar was unaware of until he grew older. His parents loved him but they hid the truth from him. Once he turned 18 he found out that they were actually not his biological parents and this made Haydar angry, and lashed out at them. After a lot of drama, Haydar moved out of the house and moved to Los Santos to start over and forget about his family. He left behind his younger brother who used to look up to Haydar. After some time in Los Santos, Haydar started committing crimes and being known as a feared gang member. One day he remembered his little brother and didnt want to continue this life, as he wanted to be a good role model for his little brother, so he turned his life around and became a cop. But that didnt mean he was going to be a good one...

Haydar was a gang member for a very long time before he made the change to become a police officer. He wanted to do something else with his life and leave his previous life behind him. Haydar started as a towie at LSPD and worked his way up to become a high command. Haydar felt proud of himself and kept his head held high working proudly as an LSPD Task Force Operative. After some time, Haydar came to the realization that nobody dared to speak to him or question his ways of solving crime, treating criminals and arresting them. This made Haydar feel more secure about himself in his position and he decided to take it a step further every time he got bored. He even started taking bribes...
Outcomes:
1- Haydar can take bribes of either Weapons, illegal items or up to 100k in cash in exchange for letting the person go.
2- Haydar can remove wanted levels from criminals if demands are met, if demands are not met, he can add wrongful charges and arrest people.
3- Haydar can use and carry illegal guns and items and use them as he wishes
4- Haydar can break IC rules as he pleases, but will still follow OOC rules.
5- Haydar can give inside information to criminal organizations in exchange for a bribe up to 100k
6- Haydar can use use ''/try searches for bodycam'' up to 2 times per situation, and ''/do breaks bodycam'' if found
7- Haydar can help his friends and family members escape from prison or help release them from their cuffs
8- Haydar can avoid calling for a lawyer when one is requested by a 10-15, and either lie about asking for 1, or just straight up refuse it.
