2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

-> Since I arrived to the city, the crime was part of me. I've joined to The Families gang and it was part of my life. I used to be high rank in the gang and did everything I can to the gang by investing all of my time to the gang as a member in the gang, so when I will be the leader, I would do everything I could not do while I was High command. I grew up and struggled in the ghetto. My time with an illegal group taught me how illegal RP works and helped me learn the city’s rules. I believe I have the right experience to lead the The Families.

-> I want to lead the The Families to make roleplay better. Right now most people just go ghetto and shoot with little roleplay. I want to change that get people talking to each other, join events, and give bonuses when members help the gang. Most gangs get leaders who don’t stay long. They either break rules or end up with warnings that disband their term shortly. I'm here to aim for a full clean term with no warnings.

-> I will have members ready and we will start gang activities as soon as we are unfrozen. From day one I will organize simple, clear plans so everyone knows what to do. I welcome new players and will help them fit in. I will teach them how to survive in ghetto, how to work with others, and how to follow the city rules. The Families has real potential to lead the ghetto. I will use my skills in my term to be the best term of The Families.​

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

-> To improve the RolePlay level in the organization, I would focus on more interaction between members, encouraging them to talk, and negotiate instead of only fighting. I would also host events (FZ raids, Hostage situations, store robberies, Clandestine e.t.c.) I would guide new players, teaching them the rules and showing them how proper roleplay works, hire experienced HC to teach them. This way, the organization will grow, and enjoyable for everyone.
