• He took time before coming outside vehicle(possible meta gaming)
• While 3 persons were pointing gun at him, he spoke on radio that he need backup.(He didnt fear for his life and did PG again)

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report​

• ID 57364 will receive a punishment for fear RP and fail RP​
• in POV provided ID 57364 was told to pull over at approx. 00:20 and at exactly 00:50 he came out (stalling for 30 seconds). then these guys told him to come to the road side . ID 57364 was told to put hand up at 01:04 and at 01:28 he called for backup. (the stalling was of approx. 1 minute with 4 gangsters giving u demands).​
