Mike White was born in a middle class family in Lithuania But abusive in hes teenage years while he was growing up, 1 Day When he just turned 18 Years old, Hes Parents kicked him out of the House he lived but didn't care that he got kicked from an Abusive Family and was Freed, So he decided to Travel and Set up a New Life in Los Santos and Crashed in a Online Friends House that he was talking with from Online and Had a Good life going on, But after a while there while only Turning 19 He Decided to Commit Crimes to make even more money for himself.
After a few Successful Years of being a Criminal and Perfectly Committing crimes without getting Caught While having a Huge Criminal Base and Having the manpower to do anything, But 1 Day hes Main HQ Where Mike was Chilling and Planning upcoming Raids / Robberies, He got Raided by the Whole FIB Department by Surprise at Night, Everything got Seized and People got Arrested, But Mike got a Choice Work with the FIB with a Completely new Background or Get Life in Prison.
Career Story:
After Receiving a Completely Clean and New Background, Mike Decided to actually put its all to Help FIB and Their Work, But Mike was worried that everyone would of been Mean and Harsh to him, But surprisingly all the Co-workers were actually super helpful and respectful with or without knowing hes old background. Passing some Time Mike was Extremely climbing the Ranks and Being Respect even by the FIB Director, After reaching a Decent Rank that he was comfortable with and having a High Power in FIB.
Mike Decided to do a bit of "Corrupt" Things to earn a bit more Cash on the Side of hes FIB Work by Taking Criminals and Making them pay him Money or Give up their Weapons to Let them loose without arresting them, But not everyone is safe cause a few Gangs were up im Mike's Head to try and crumble them as much as possible, But he will still help FIB in other Missions and Other Things in the Shadow of hes Past Cause Mike didn't want them to know Cause he actually respected them and Actually wanted to help them.
Outcomes:
1. Mike can torture/Interrogate People for information and by using truth serum using ( /try 2 times per situation ) [ NO Killing ]
2. Mike can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with ( /try 2 times per situation ) and /do Commands.
3. Mike can take bribes ( 100K and Guns/Ammo/illegal stuff [ Max 100K Worth ] ) as bribe.
4. Mike can do criminal activities. For example, Ghetto clap, Buy, Sell, or Use any type of illegal items and Weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
5. Mike can Leak/Receive information To/From Criminals in exchange for money.
6. Mike has the same ability to Frighten/Disrespect when talking to other people ( Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19 )
