Life story
William grew up in a rough part of Wales where nothing ever seemed to go right for anyone especially not for him. From the start people treated him like he wasn’t good enough not friends not teachers not even his own family. He hated school more than anything not just because it was boring but because every day was hell thanks to the bullies. He felt invisible like he didn’t matter and no one ever gave him a real chance
When he was 13 he met some older teens who offered him drugs saying it would help him escape everything for a bit. At first it was just to take the edge off but before long he was hooked and using more and more. Then when he was 15 his sister the only person who really cared about him overdosed and died.
After that his parents just broke they started drinking all the time and became violent and unpredictable. William full of anger and pain started committing crimes selling drugs, robbing stores just to get by. He made decent money and got greedy real quick but it all came crashing down when he got arrested and slapped with a huge fine his family couldn’t pay. They kicked him out and he ended up on the streets with nothing left. That’s when he decided to run from it all and start over in Los Santos.
Career story
In Los Santos William tried to turn his life around. He used a fake name and somehow got into the police force. Surprisingly he was good at it better than most since his rough past gave him street smarts and instincts others didn’t have. He climbed the ranks fast and ended up working undercover busting drug rings.
But being around drugs again stirred up old habits and old thoughts. He started skimming a bit from busts just a little at first then more. He used his badge to protect himself while dealing under the radar making friends with gang members and smugglers. He learned how everything worked from the inside routes contacts who to trust and who to avoid. Money was rolling in again and he was living a double life.
Eventually someone started asking questions. Some narcotics went missing from evidence and William knew it was only a matter of time. Before they could catch him he vanished changed his name again and disappeared. Now he’s laying low starting fresh for the second time. Same streets same game just a different name.
Outcomes:
1. William can work with other corrupt officers from any state org for his own gain.
2. William can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with ( /try 2 times per situation ) and /do Commands.
3. William can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape.
4. William can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
5. William can intimidate/torture people on duty if they don’t want to follow his demands. (No killing).
6. William can be disrespectful towards others. (Without being toxic, or breaking 6.10 and 6.19)
7. William can lie about requesting a lawyer, lie about identification/not to show any identification to any suspect/lawyer/State Employee(FIB, EMS, GOV, LSPD, SAHP).
