He kept following me after i let him go , He kept provoking me into arresting him ( which could be taken as Fail RP (not sure) ).
At TS ( 0:31 ) - He said ( Ilya behen...... ) , He tried to say very bad words regarding to a Sister .

Even though he could not say the full word , He said ( behen ) which means sister , so he sould be punished for mentioning relatives .
