As shown in the evidence, player (200647) failed to show Fear RP twice (Timestamps: 01:25 and 03:52). He also began using OOC insults, violating G.R. 3.1 (Timestamps: 02:53 and 03:51) by calling us "NPCs" and G.R. 3.2 (Timestamp: 04:01) by calling us “MotherF**s.” In addition, he violated G.R. 6.19 by using the F-word (Timestamp: 03:58). Also Fail RP (Timestamp: 03:52) as he Ignored realistic roleplay by running around and shooting while outnumbered.
Furthermore, instead of showing Fear RP, he ran around and started shooting at us, even though we were 5 gang members with 2 cars. This directly falls under General Rule 6.16, which states that during a robbery there must be at least 2 cars and 4 persons to stop and rob someone. We met this requirement, meaning the player was obligated to comply. By ignoring it and fighting back, he clearly violated 6.16 (Power Gaming) along with Fear RP.
