Can someone explain to me where is incorrect format my thread ?

same thread with me his accepted but mine is rejected for incorrect format. I post 30 September after 3 day passed Sle coming and rejected for incorrect format so i cant re open again. I want to re-open again this thread because Sle answer to me 3 days passed.
