2-What is your reason as to why you want to lead in this particular organization?
I have already worked in a number of leadership roles as a FIB Leader, NG Leader, and as an Admin in EN3. Out of these experiences, I learned how to plan, coordinate and lead members towards a common objective. It is based on this that I believe I can be of much benefit in reinforcing the framework of the FIB and making sure that each member works efficiently and works in line with our goals.
I am also a believer in mentoring new hires so as to ensure that they settle in fast and become a part of the organization without difficulties. In my view, the FIB can become a new standard of roleplay of high quality. As a leader, my attention would be to provide a professional and engaging environment that would make members play RP seriously and on the highest level. My goal is to impact RP positively in FIB by enhancing the quality of the roleplay in the entire city. Healthy and professional relations with all other organizations will be one of my priorities.
I would like to see all FIB members become professional, respectful and disciplined when they are on duty. By making sure that our interaction stands upon the principles of fairness and respect, the FIB will be able to gain an excellent reputation and become a trustworthy partner in the city on behalf of others. I see the FIB being an effective force that is respected and assists the government and the citizens.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
All the units at the FIB need to undergo organized training sessions that will not only involve tactical and investigative training but also effective RP situations. This guarantees that members are able to respond in a realistic and professional manner in any given circumstance whether dealing with high stakes operations or minor day to day interactions.
My vision is that the FIB would be characterized by professionalism, respect and quality of RP. Through encouraging teamwork, recognition of good roleplay, and giving every citizen a chance to work and develop in the FIB, we will establish an organization that others will respect and be happy to work with.
