2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

My past leadership experience in other roleplay communities has provided me with a close familiarity with the procedures, administrative work, and professionalism that will be required to effectively operate a law enforcement agency. Already having been working within the LSPD, SAHP, GOV, and DOJ on EN1, I hold a unique, city wide perspective of inter departmental activity. This is not something I need to begin learning from scratch; it is something I am prepared to do immediately. I am aware that leadership is not necessarily about barking orders at others, it's ensuring work is done correctly, promoting good communication with other government branches, and upholding the law with unwavering integrity. This background experience ensures I am able to lead the SAHP professionally and respectfully from day one.

2.2 I believe the foundation of an honorable organization is unbreakable integrity and an attitude where hard work and high hours can be appropriately rewarded. I am committed to eradicating any form of favoritism or corruption, practicing a zero tolerance policy in order to make the SAHP a pillar of trustworthiness and fairness in the city. Moreover, I will enforce a hard work merit system on the basis of work ethic with generous promotion and bonus based on established hard work and high activity so that all troopers from Trooper 1 up to High command are motivated. In order to provide 24/7 insurance coverage, I will inspect personally and take night shifts as Sheriff for round the clock service as an indication of public dedication of my troopers.

2.3 My goal is not only to maintain the SAHP, but to make it as the most valuable and respectable organization in the city. In order to achieve this, I will ensure a solid framework of divisions, including a specialized HR department for recruiting and morale, a SWAT team for life threatening emergencies, an IA department to uphold internal standards, an HWP unit for highway safety, and a PR department to foster good community relations. This diversification will create well defined career paths, increase overall activity, and prepare us for any eventuality. By running the organization in an energetic manner and by leading by example, I will foster an environment of open communication and respect for one another, where every member will feel valued and empowered to give their best.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1
In enhancement of the Role Play level of the SAHP at its core, my first area of focus will be enhancing internal standards and training. This starts with a stringent recruiting process headed by an active HR department so that all incoming troopers have effective communication skills and a working knowledge of procedures and state law. On the inside, the IA unit will be critical in achieving high level RP through the enforcement of realism and policy adherence so that each traffic stop and investigation is professional. I will also institute mandated, multi organization training with EMS and the National Guard, conducting simulations in multiple districts to mirror real life situations. This both advances our respective skill development and is the only method of acquiring the exemplary inter organization coordination needed for high stress operations, where EMS serves as a hostage refuge and all units function as a single unit.


3.2 Beyond in ORG skills in SAHP, I believe interactive city wide plots and events to offer engaging RP for everyone would be good. These include resuming formal press conferences with judges, the Attorney General, and other government officials that can be made an occasion for major incidents, such as coordinated gang ambushes targeting all law enforcement security details as I also believe getting the information out through life invader broadcast and meetings for the citizens outside of the capital will encourage for more RP. In order to build strategic depth, I will formalize leadership meetings with a charter, using security details to transport leaders to remote locations to plan events, always with the risk of the meeting being discovered creating a natural, high risk evasion scenario for our protection details to navigate. Similarly, we will enhance investigative RP by Processing informants and 10-15s correctly at FIB HQ with counsel present, turning interrogations into progressive stories leading to smarter and more effective raids.

3.3 Lastly, the foundation for realistic RP is a culture of leadership by example, respect, and procedure. I will impress on all officers that what they do, from the way they speak with citizens to the ways they participate in any type of event, directly influences the narrative of the server. I believe strongly in absolute meritocracy and have a zero tolerance policy for favoritism or undeserved ranks, as injustice will kill immersion and morale. By having experienced and able Deputies train the lower ranks, and by having at all times consistently active tow and support units, we create a robust, cohesive team.
