First of all, i wanted to make sure if title is correct for filling an admin complaint so asked an admin

Anyways, i wanted to complain a player for GR 6.13 (Mercy Killing) and then Muttie Ilya rejected that complaint due to Insufficient POV.

POV was showing whole situation for GR 6.13 but however, admin rejected it.

I want the player who finished me to get punishment for GR 6.13, thanks in advance.

(Chose jail for the type of the punishment, i had to choose)
