I posted a forum for state rule 5.5 violation
In which one of the FIB Employee in civillian clothes coming to ghetto ( no one knows he is off duty or he is Undercover) and stopping ATM Robbery and it is clearly showing in the POV i attached. I have given the proof that he is a FIB Employee, you can cross check please

He cant stop the atm off duty, but he stopped then it's clear fail RP. He shouldn't involve when off duty he is distrubing the Roleplay

And if he is a undercover and he doesn't have BIO then it is a Violation of State Rule 5.5
But he didn't got any punishment neither the Org as per server rules

There might be some mistake please look into this matter.

If he is right and there is no violation than any officer can come offduty and simply stop the ATM Robbery and can collect the Fragment ticket. Ezzz
