At timestamp 00:02, ID 163237 came near me and said, "Ay tumi ki dekhte paro Chagoler Sing?" referring to my Gridspire Halo Horns that I was wearing.
Then again, at 00:07, he repeated the same line: "Chagoler sing dekhte paro?" for the second time.


The phrase “chagoler sing” means “goat’s horn” in English. As far as I know, this falls under GR 3.1, because you can not insult someone in another language. “Chagol” means goat in Bangla .

any Bangladeshi admin would understand it better


I was a bit confused at first, so I talked to an admin to clarify it.

Comparing someone’s accessories to a "Chagoler sing" is considered an OCC insult.as we all r playing in English server.and this is clearly a OCC insult And there is nothing to talk about. The admin already said it is a rule break, so there should not be any confusion about it. So stop trying to talk your way out of it. Next time before opening our mouth learn some rules..

You watch the POV properly , there is no one but ID 124090(Iftiak) who is wearing that accessory. You were insulting him with your friend, referring to that accessory as "Chagoler Sing." He is talking about the item accessories that you were wearing at that point of time,
it is not clear that he is saying it to you directly.

However ID 163237 will get punished for FL in RP​
