Im from the fib I heard gunshots and went to the scene. A person was running with a gun in his hand and I shot him.

As seen at minute 2:18, he prevents me from attempting to arrest him by shooting. I think this is GR 6.13. He not only did MK, but he tried to prevent his arrest by killing him.

As seen at minute 3:09 - 3:20, he started to VDM on me.
