I won't waste your time, i got punished for fail rp by kevin cuz i give fake fine with the reason: Own Request, which is fail rp as we all know fines are always IC things as there isnt an OOC state rule make this prohibited, however before i give this fine i see an admin do the same think with the reason Test so i said that a normal think, Proof:
I hope you to re-consider this punishment.
