Hello dear admin,
Can you please review this forum: Approved - GZ1.1 I 166145
If you check his POV, you can see that the in-game mic shows as ON, but no voice is audible in the recording.

he killed me in the black market which is a unscripted green zone . he should get punishment of GZ 1.1. thankyou.

Also, admin Devain Fedral didn’t punish the player for Fail RP, since he was talking while dead at minute 1:35.
