so i have made an ticket that i saw some UB crafting machine and then biomask answered me with there is no machines found ,in first i called them standing there there is some machines please take action but they took alot time so i left the place notifying the rule break and place of the machine then they said it not found there so i went back there and said to come here i will shot it then they said stop spamming and it will be checked i feel that is rude towards me i know i may did multiple tickets but they not inspected the place properly and then later when i have checked it again same machines are placed in the same roof without access proof :- when i reported it in 6/10/2025(pov) today(7/10/2025) proof (pov) i think no actions are taken .
