Rejected unfair arrest

i was driving and got the prompt that i was being pulled over and due too the police officer not being in a police car i wasnt aware that the person in the black car was the police officer so i didnt think that the police officer was actually there and that it was maybe just an accident. The officer then remote shut down my engine and makes no attempt at rp or anything and just tazed me and arrested me.
