2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Bloods was one of the first gangs I joined in EN3 and one of the first HQs I went to when I started playing. I've seen Bloods during some of its best times but recently for the last few terms it hasn’t been the same and that's not just for Bloods but most of the gangs. I want to bring back the times where gang leadership actually meant something and when there was real friendly competition and gangs were properly balanced
Crime lately hasn’t been as enjoyable and I believe it’s time for a change. I've already been deputies of gangs before and mix experience from EN1 and EN3 mostly EN1 but have proper experience from EN3 as well, I will keep graffiti profits maximum at all times. This will let us keep a stacked WH throughout the whole term so not only me can even my members can access whatever they need but also we end the WH at a good point at the end of my term
As deputies many times in EN1 and EN3, I've got even more experience, With my high experienced Turf leads, I know we can complete much of the Turf season and play clean. It's not something new or hard for us right now

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The plan is to make sure we dominate ghetto and events with as most numbers as possible from day 1 of the term which ofc won't be easy in terms of competing with the current other gangs. I want to have as much as members I can in the org before freeze ends so we have enough numbers for that. This will give everyone a chance to have fun and stay active in the city. There is no point to do a store when LEOs are doing other events or just after restart since there's little RP that can happen. I don't mind losing as long as RP is good. I'll also try my best to do at least 1 FZ per day.Spray profits will always be max because that’s one of the only ways gang members can make money so it's important for me and my members. Ghetto has been dead for ages but I want to change that by pushing our members to rob, find hostages and show off our Red colours all day, no matter what timezone people are in. I believe in quality over quantity so I’ll reward the members who are really active and remove anyone who isn’t helping the gang. I’m not here for drama or people who just want to rank chase, if anyone is toxic or lazy, they’ll be kicked I don't care. We are going to build a gang that people are proud to be part of, not just one for renting blackmarket shops
