2.1 One of the main motive to become leader of Bloods is my experience in gang and i have passed a lot of time in bloods.I have prevoius experience of Leader of Bloods (EN3) and Deputy in all gangs i have experience of leading events and situations very well. As i have a lot of experience i want lead a gang with great deputies and the help of my all gang members.I will try to make bloods the most active gang in ghetto as much as possible.Ill ensure and teach all gang members about our server rules and try to dont break a single rule.

2.2 I feel strongly in my ability to Leading 'Bloods' to be the strongest gang in the city. I will ensure everyone has equal chance to participate in activities like robberies and events, providing you with an awesome role-play experience. I will also help mentor the new players to help them learn how the city operates.

2.3 Gangs play a vital role in roleplay, as they enable them to have various interactions Im committed to ensuring that events are attended by most people and therefore a friendly environment is achieved and toxicity is prevented among the bloods.​

I'm determined to be an involved leader who closely oversees the gang's operations and makes sure that everyone follows the rules. I'll take a tough stance when dealing with any violations, no matter how small or large.

I am dedicated to maintaining a clean record by avoiding rule violations and will assemble a high command team that covers various time zones, ensuring we don't miss any events or opportunities. There will be no favoritism in our ranks.

I'll take an active part in highway and ghetto robberies. To avoid any mishaps, high command posts will be assigned judiciously.

I'll set up a training program for people who are new to gang activities and make a special rank for them in an effort to entice additional members to join. All members must be given clothes, weapons, and supplies, and it is crucial to make sure they participate fully in gang activities following training.

High command positions will be reserved for experienced individuals to ensure effective leadership.
