2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I want to be the Leader of Bloods because when I joined Grand RP, my first gang was Bloods — one of the best gangs in the city. During my time in Bloods, I gained a lot of experience and polished my skills, which helped me become a deputy in multiple gangs. I’m confident that with my experience and dedication, I can lead Bloods to become the most dominant and respected gang in the city once again.
- With my background in gang activity and leadership qualities, I truly believe I can help our gang become a powerful, feared force in the city. I want us to reclaim the ghetto and make other groups think twice before stepping in. I will lead by supporting every member, and build a united, disciplined members focused on strength and respect.
- I have seen many people break rules at events, which affects other players' experience and poisons the gang environment. I will make sure to recruit trained gangsters and welcome new players, training them personally so they can enjoy the game without negatively affecting the environment.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I plan to build a strong and loyal team by recruiting only active players above level 10 who pass a proper interview process. I’ve worked hard to earn every rank I achieved, so I want to make sure every member in this organization earns their place through dedication, not shortcuts.
- One of my main goals is to bring back real action to the ghetto while keeping things fair and organized. I want to make the ghetto a place everyone respects.
- I will create a solid deputy team from different time zones to keep the gang active 24/7. By having trusted, experienced deputies who can lead, communicate, and guide members properly and personally, I will ensure everything runs smoothly by arranging daily meetings with my deputies to discuss progress, solve issues, and plan upcoming activities together.
