Hello admin team, I was banned a long time ago for account sharing. To explain, malicious actors accessed my account, and when I realized this, I immediately changed my password. I understand my mistake. I kindly ask you to unblock me this time, and I promise it won't happen again. I ask you to either reset my funds or ban my existing account and unban the banned one. I need your help.
