I submitted a form for an RDM report. In my POV, I was driving a portable electric scooter on a mountain, which does not fall under UB driving. I even asked an admin about it, and he said it’s only considered UB if it’s part of an RP situation — which wasn’t the case here, as no RP situation had started when I was driving. So please reconsider your decision, because a portable electric scooter is not a car or bike. Otherwise, I’ll make sure not to drive it again.
