1. I would like to become the leader of the Bloods street gang because I want to bring the role-play experience to a new level. As leader, I would focus on improving the organisation, encouraging realistic interactions between members, and creating interesting storylines that make the group more engaging for everyone.

2. I believe I can make the Bloods street gang stronger and lead them to success. I am determined to work closely with the team, set clear objectives, and make fair decisions that motivate members and increase our cohesion during role-play scenarios.

3. I have a lot of experience on both the legal and the illegal sides within role-play, having held senior positions such as High Command, Deputy, and Turf Leader. These roles have taught me leadership, planning, and conflict resolution skills that I can use to manage the group effectively.

1. Zero Tolerance for Rule Violations
Rule violations will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Every member is expected to fully understand and respect the gang’s internal rules and the server regulations. Anyone who breaks these rules will face strict punishment, which may include suspension, demotion, or even removal from the gang. Maintaining discipline and respect for the rules is the foundation of our organization and the key to long-term success.


2. Rank Structure and Activity Requirements
All ranks below Deputy and Under Deputy will be selected based on the member’s activity, loyalty, and overall contribution to the gang. Promotions are earned through dedication and consistent effort, not through friendship or favoritism. Members who are inactive for too long without notice will be demoted or removed. The Bloods value reliability and presence above everything else, so each person must show commitment to the team.


3. Leadership and Discipline
All ranks and positions will be carefully monitored by the Leader and Deputies. Discipline is always the first rule, and every member must follow the chain of command. Orders given by higher ranks must be respected and followed immediately. A well-organized structure ensures efficiency, safety, and success in every operation. Leaders are responsible for guiding, protecting, and improving the team’s reputation through their behavior and decisions.
