A clue has been released, indicating that the vehicle is hidden in an area where fishing is illegal and surrounded by houses. Players must find the Jugular, take a clear photo and then deliver the photo to Tommy at the license plate shop to complete the mission. The image hint for the location will be found on Ingrand
