as you can see i posted this forum as we was highway robbing the guy in the pov the car Infront give demands multiple times and this guy decided to alt f4 apparently there isn't enough evidence to punish for CL even though it shows clearly 2 cars 4 people giving him demands he spins us out then drives down the road knowing we was going to chase so he left the game how's that not enough evidence. you can clearly see we was giving demands and was trying to rob him and you can see he just alt f4 to avoid being robbed also failed to fear while we was giving demands which is why i put GR6.16 its just when your told by a admin to post pov and you post the pov and it gets rejected its very upsetting as to everyone else this is CL

in my pov you can clearly see that he CL because we was chasing to rob he left because we was chasing to rob him which is combat log how can Richard say he doesn't see any sit going on when we are highway robbing you can see we are going to rob black BMW and then he leaves

Theres no demands you give him. POV starts mid situation. You heavily CR the player which would be hard punishment in itself.
