1. Leader of National Guard
I would like try myself do change how people see National Guard work. My opinion is that we need to change something in National Guard Rp Game play that people will enjoy being part of National Guard or in Other state org. Have my on Ideas how i will lead the National guard and change little. I would like to add one more division to National Gaurd and give them possibilities to go out of base and partol high ways and help others state org.would like to provide an opportunity to do new things for National Guard soldiers and the opportunity to do more then sit in base and Guard the gates.
2. Why do you want to be the leader of the National Guard?
I would like to become a leader because I want to change National Guard RP and learn something new myself at the same time, and show that the National Guard is not a boring place to play and is not the same as always. I have experience with previous leaders and have seen what happened whenever there was an event. I myself would try to change players' opinions about the National Guard or other city organizations. I see a lot of potential in how RP gameplay could be improved in city organizations and RP gaming in general. I know quite a few players who would agree, and Iโm sure everyone would want to improve RP gameplay because people want to enjoy the game.
3. My advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
With new division it think or i hope i will get lots of numbers,opportunities and possibility`s to improve RolePlay in National Guard gameplay. In my short time with the National Guard I have learned a great deal about what people want the org to be and what they want from the org. From those who I've spoken too, many seem disillusioned with the National Guard and have little faith in its ability to comeback. I could not disagree more.
RECRUITMENT
Numbers, numbers, numbers. We never seem to have enough. I feel this is due to a few independent issues. The first is that duties for low ranks are BORING. There really is no better word for it. Gate duty is more boring than secretary at the capitol! So how do we fix this? How do we keep those new recruits from quitting the moment they get bored? The answer is NOT money, but rather giving them more to do. Gate duty is the first line of defense for the base, yet it doesn't feel that way. Due to our lack of green zone in and around the gates, we are vulnerable to kidnappings and other risks that sentries in other orgs do not need to fear. as such, this heightened danger means we should have an elevated response. In my leader ship we will have lots of opportunities to players. Above all else, I encourage open communication and sharing of ideas across ALL ranks. If a private has a suggestion to improve the NG I want to hear it. Anyone who shows initiative should feel they are valued and be given the opportunity to demonstrate their talents. Everybody is given a fair chance.
