2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to add some structure and realism to the National Guard. I have always enjoyed military RP, and I believe that the National Guard has so much potential to be organized well. I want to run it in a way that makes missions feel real, serious, and exciting not just for us, but the entire server. A well run Guard can really change the pace of events.
- I absolutely love helping others develop and improve. Probably the best aspect of being in a leadership role is developing a solid team around you. I want to train new members, facilitate their understanding of how the Guard operates, and give them a reason to remain engaged. I believe that with the right motivation and communication I'm sure that we can develop a solid, loyal unit that works hard.
- I care about the fun and balance of the server. When the chaos of somebody getting shot, or for any terrorist attacks, the National Guard is the last line of defense. I want to be in a role where I can help respond to those situations swiftly and fairly. Leading the Guard would let me help preserve the RP aspect of the server, and keep things a little more in the lane we operate in.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will make sure to run regular, realistic training sessions (formations, callouts, drills)to make sure new members understand how to RP properly.
- I will make sure to uphold the ranks within the group, and promote based on evaluation RP performance, not just if they play or are active.
- I will make sure to establish a limit on OOC talk as best as I can. If there is something that needs to be addressed, do so in character if possible to help limit immersion breaks.
- I will make sure there will be no favoritism that's why I will specifically and purely pick my High Commands.
