Hello dear higher ups

I just wanted to know that am i leader/admin blacklisted ? I have been playing RP since almost 11 months and now i wanted to become an admin i posted an admin application months ago but was rejected due to my punishment history , I have been doing good in city and i haven’t received any serious punishment from past 5-6 months so i just have a request that if i am leader/admin blacklist can i also get a chance cause i really like being here in Grand RP and i look forward for being an Leader/Admin in future so , please let me know that if i am blacklisted can it get removed in future ,
