My POV
we have searched him because there was a 10-10 and they both were running towards each other so based on suspect and IC reason i have searched him, and another guy who was shooting he did CL. So he was only left with us to suspect on.

IN MY OPINION THIS IS DEFINITLY AN IC ISSUE. GO TO COURT NOT TO FORUM

Situation on my POV: I've done my 10-15, run outside, pick up an agent, hear some gunfire, see that 2 guys in white. The one on the right has a gun, which is obvious to see. The 2nd guy in white, who got the shots off that I see in my POV, runs to the other guy who try to kill him. This is the reason why he is a suspect in our eyes as well. I don't see if he has a gun at that moment, that's why I stopped shooting when I hit him while shooting the other guy who combat logged after that situation. I saved my POV and returned to the other guy.

Upon carefully reviewing all the evidence I have decided to reject this report.
After taking a look at the agents POV's, this all seems like a big misunderstanding and that the agent made a mistake of shooting the wrong person, you can try ICly suing them.
Additionally, ID 161441 will receive a warning for CL and Shooting in GZ​
